Daffodil Rally

‘Approximately 300 people from around the County and beyond came together in fellowship and in praise of God’s creation for the Annual Daffodil Rally service on 31^st March led by Lorna Staveley. Approx 1500 daffodils were on display in celebration of Springtime. The speaker was Dorothy Spurr and musical items were presented by the U3A Entertainers Choir under the direction of Carol Daniel. Following the service, an excellent tea was served throughout the building and a very enjoyable afternoon was had by all. Offering and donations for Church funds amounted to £700. Many thanks to all involved and who supported and helped at this annual event – your help was much appreciated. The Daffodil Rally next year will be held on Monday 15th March at 2pm.’
